We will begin at glorious Little Wing Farm on the flanks of Elephant Mountain, learning from organic farmer and renaissance woman Molly Myerson. We will harvest the veggies and herbs needed for our fermentation projects, then head over to our production space, just 5 minutes down the road. We will snack on fermented goodies, learn about the whole process of lactic acid fermentation and more. Everybody will make their own project to take home with the veggies they harvested fresh from the farm!
