Dear Wild West Ferments Community,

We are delighted to share an exciting milestone in our journey: The launch of the West Marin Culture Shop, our brick and mortar space in the heart of Point Reyes.

Our brick and mortar will allow us to directly connect with customers, expand our offerings, and achieve financial autonomy. While it has been fulfilling to spread the goodness of our ferments far and wide through wholesale, we wish to now to pivot our sales to prioritize quality over quantity. Opening our shop in the birthplace of Cowgirl Creamery, a legendary food destination, brings us back to our roots in the hometown where it all started. Fermentation Time

We ferment our Sauerkraut for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure a high vitamin and nutrient content.

We have very high standards and always use organic ingredients. We research all of the ingredients that go into our products, from salt to produce. We source our produce as locally as possible and we partner with farmers in our region.
